Turnaround time for a typical return, exchange or replacement is approximately 2 weeks. Once the return has been processed by or returns department, we will either refund your purchase or send out a replacement for the products your are returning.

All returned or exchanged orders require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be included on the outside of your return. Please call us at 1 (419) 290-1103 to obtain an RMA# and arrange for the return of your order.
